Random theory. Is the Pesterquest Reader the one narrating the bonus updates?

Basically someone has to be narrating them. That seems to be the rule of paradox space. So maybe its the Pesterquest reader who is showing us these details? Cause out of anyone, he would care about those details more than anyone else.
