Eh, in the Epilogues it clearly states that the characters do age? John gets older and older looking as the plot goes on. Vriska instantly recognizes Candy John as an old dude. It's possible that they regenerate to their age of becoming a god tier upon dying? I've heard that thrown around.
But either way Jane is definitely a grown ass woman in Candy.

One physically stops growing at about 25. The aging after there is some wear and tear from living and working. So unless they physically age and go through a cycle of becoming young again after dying? Guess its possible but it seems also a little impractical vs, well, just not breaking down over time.
