I would just tell you not to look it up, but people have a tendency to look up stuff when they're told not to look it up.

It's a bunch of shock images and gore that people used to either post on sites, or link to.

I've dealt with anger issues all my life---biggest tip I can give you is to really, truly just step back from the conversation and walk away. Seriously. Because to me, as someone who has ADHD-I (or type two, pretty much what was ADD), it sure sounds like you are dealing with two of the bigger symptoms of ADHD which are: emotional regulation issues(the anger issues), and focusing/prioritizing issues. And while you can work on these symptoms with out professional help, I personally wouldn't suggesting doing that on your own, as I've had to do that myself as a child growing up, and it was incredibly difficult.

My suggestion would to be go talk to your doctor about your issues, explain how they impact your life, make you feel, and how you are struggling and for how long this has been on going. See if you can get into therapy even, preferably try to get a therapist who acknowledges ADHD as a real thing(because some don't think it is real!), because if you do end up having ADHD or something else with in that vein, the therapist would still be able to give you appropriate coping/ over all mechanisms that will be able to help.

(Also medication may or may not be on the table for you, I personally wouldn't be afraid of the medication if it is suggested for you. But I personally don't have a good experience with the one medication I was on, and can't really offer advice on it?)
