Looking for a FanFic

I remember reading a particular (Dead) fanfic a while back, but have no idea how to find it. It posited itself as a comprehensive guide to Sburb, with the formatting to match. It also included a bunch of fan concepts and a twist that Winning the game was bugged and Sburb just made you play another session. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Any other details like hosting site, characters mentioned, etc? was it rose POV like the gamefaq or something else?

It was on AO3, and none of the canon characters were mentioned, but yeah, it does have a POV style of writing, with the 'Protagonist', so to speak, being someone who is entirely done with this shit
