Homestuck digital card game

Hello all!

I'm currently developing a Homestuck video game for my project-based programming course. It's going to play like if you took Limbus Company and combined it with Slay the Spire.

Wall of text explaining the game:

During your team's turn, each of your characters plays Captchalogue cards from their hands onto a musical stanza. In Homestuck, chaining 2 or more attacks at the same time is referred to as fraymotifs (I am pretty sure of that, but it's hard to find a good explanation in the webcomic), and in Limbus company, there is something similar called Resonance, where you chain the same sin types in a row. Also in Limbus Company, you have a roster of characters, but you only bring a number of them with you into missions/levels.

The comparison to Slay the Spire is kind of weak, though, because it's only due to the turn-based nature and cards being mostly actions rather than concepts or cards that stay in play (so basically just sorcery spells in Magic: The Gathering terms (also sorry for referencing other games when trying to explain game mechanics I know it's cliche and not good to do but I find it easier to explain when I can use analogies or comparisons)).

When you complete a level in my game, it will award you with a card pack of that particular Act of Homestuck, each having its own cards. Cards are always character-specific, and you don't get cards for characters not unlocked or cards you already own the maximum number of.

Outside of levels, you build a deck for each character in your team (don't worry, they all start with a deck too, so starting the game isn't really a hassle, but it'll be all common stuff, so there's still lots of reason to play more).
I would love any of your feedback on this! There are also a lot of things that it would be great if people could help with, mostly regarding whether someone has already made/compiled character animations, since that stuff is a lot of work. Another thing as well is if you all know good songs/soundtracks from Homestuck that would fit well, or misc useful sounds, etc.

also can someone help me think of an interesting typing quirk :3
