A dark theme'd be good on my eyes (unless there is one already and I just haven't found it yet). I currently use an extension called Dark Reader to change the site into darkmode on my end, but it's been known to be a bit of a resource hog, so having a built-in dark theme instead would be very Noice™.

Also, maybe instead of just using the old MSPA Forums logo, why not make a MSPA Forums^2 logo or something? The old one just feels a bit too placeholder-y for my liking.

Not speaking in any official capacity:
If you want a lightweight way to theme sites, I recommend Stylus. That doesn't do the work of generating the dark mode theme for you, though... 🤔

Tables and/or Charts, for organizational purposes.

never mind that ↑ it sucked any way, maximum character count increase, or some other work around

edit: moot point, found my own workaround and never came back to say otherwise

test heading 1 test heading 2 test heading 3
test cell 1 test cell 2
colspan test
test cell 3

alignment's been modified a bit, table support is added but it's ugly, background color support has been added. i'm trying to puzzle out how exactly to get borders to work but for now it do.

Having a ratio of how often people post on average would be nice addition to the Members tab. Like, I know I have 300 some odd posts, but I'd like to see how many posts a day that is (Exactly 4 a day), without having the do the math myself, for example. Which, I know you can see it if you click on a members name, but seeing it as part of the list of every user would be the dope

Also pinging people in a post so they get a notification?
Edit: oh also maybe that RSS bot could do something with HS^2? I don't know how easy it would be to make it only do the first page of the update as opposed to all of them, but I think that could be useful.

On Omegaupdate they have like buttons on posts/comments. I really liked using that button to show people I... well that I liked the post, but on this site I gotta make an entire new comment just to do that which I feel clogs up the site with useless posts. But the alternative is not spreading the love which is also sad.

I was thinking of using the report button to say "this is funny" but that would only be seen by mods / be an abuse of that system. You should add a like button :)

I'm actually actively deciding against reacts or upvote/downvotes because i feel like they're corrosive to developing a good discussion.
seemingly to avoid "everyone liked/disliked that" instead of actual discussion on topics.

Best course of action would probably be to follow a thread and eventually make a post on it whenever you feel you have something to bring to the discussion.

Oh damn. I understand not having dislikes but how would likes prevent good discussion? Like personally if I have something to say I'll say it, but sometimes I don't have anything to say but still want someone to know I enjoyed their post. Or on the fan adventures for example it'd be a good way to gauge engagement, since views don't tell a lot and not everyone who reads them delivers commands.
